Theodoros I. Skouzos

Theodoros Skouzos was born in Athens in 1975. He is an advocate qualified to plead before the highest Greek courts and is the managing partner of our law firm.

After  graduating from Lycée Leonin, Greek-French high school, he studied law in the UK, in France and in the Netherlands. Since 2002 he is registered as a practicing lawyer at the Athens Bar Association.

He has a significant working experience as an in house lawyer of large corporations and as a consultant for high-net worth individuals.
Articles, commentaries and interviews of Theodoros have been publicized in Greek and foreign law reports,  periodicals and media and also available in our website.

Eirini I. Skouzou

Advocate LL.B. Μ.Sc. | International Relations | Certified Mediator

Eirini Skouzou was born in November 1973 in Athens.

She studied law at the BBP Law School in London and holds a post-graduate degree in International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science and in Trilingual Translation from the University of Strasbourg. She is a graduate of the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens in French Language and Literature. She is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and admitted to the Piraeus Bar Association in 2013. She is an accredited mediator in civil and commercial disputes both in Cyprus and in Greece as per Law 3898/2010 by the Piraeus Mediation Center (P.M.C./KE.DI.P) and the Ministry of Justice, Transparency and Human Rights.

Eirini has attended numerous seminars in legal and tax matters as well as in European and international legal affairs. She has also been translating legal and financial texts and interpreting in business meetings for over 15 years. From 2005 until 2011 she was an International Liaisons Manager at CSU Business Consultants S.A. Since 1999, Eirini participates in election observation missions organised by the EU and the OSCE in various countries whereas in 2015 she participated as a Legal Analyst in EU EOM Tanzania and in 2018 in EU EOM Sierra Leone and Madagascar 2018.

She has been working with our office since 2002 as an external associate and free-lance paralegal and as an advocate since 2013.

Natalia S. Skoulidou

Advocate LL.M. MSc. ADIT | Partner

Natalia Skoulidou was born in 1979 in Athens and is a Lawyer, member of the Athens Bar Association since 2006.

She studied Law in the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and continued her studies obtaining an LL.M in Taxation at the London School of Economics (LSE), a MSc in Business for Lawyers at the ALBA Graduate Business School (ALBA) as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Taxation at the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB). She also holds the professional qualification Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT) which is administered by the British Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT) and is an internationally recognized and distinguished diploma of professional development and expertise in international taxation.

Natalia specializes in Tax Law and has significant professional experience of 15 years in a broad range of tax areas, with a particular expertise on complex Greek and EU VAT issues and indirect tax issues (customs duties, excise taxes, stamp duty), international tax issues and corporate taxation as well as on corporate restructurings and intra-Group transfer pricing arrangements. She has advised numerous multinational and Greek companies from a broad industry-range, with a special focus on the energy sector, banks and financial institutions, construction companies, real estate development and hospitality sector, pharma companies as well as shipping and aviation companies.

Before joining our Firm she had been working for 12 years as a senior executive in the Tax Department of one of the leading multinational companies in the provision of auditing and tax consulting services in Greece.

Elena Z. Ntafouli

Elena Ntafouli was born in Larissa in 1986. She is an attorney at law, member of the Thessaloniki Bar Association since 2012, licensed to practice before the Supreme Court.
She studied Law at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (grade “Very Good”). She also holds a Master’s Degree in Public Law and Political Science. Furthermore, she received a Postgraduate Diploma in Greek Tax Law from the University of Athens.

Aikaterini D. Besini

Advocate LL.M. | Senior Associate

Aikaterini Besini was born in Athens in 1988. She is an advocate, member of the Athens Bar Association since April 2014, licensed to practice before the Supreme Court. She joined our law firm in 2014.
She studied at the School of Law of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, from which she graduated in 2011 (grade “Very Good”). She is also holder of a postgraduate degree in tax law.
Alongside with her studies, she worked in an Athens law firm specialized in tax law. As a trainee lawyer, she worked at the legal department of the “National Bank of Greece”.

Ourania I. Moraitou

Advocate | Senior Associate | Tax Consultant

Ourania Moraitou was born in Piraues. She is an Advocate – Tax Consultant, she joined our firm in 2018 and was admitted to the Piraeus Bar Association. Ourania studied Law at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and is also a graduate of the department of Political Science and Public Administration, Panteion University.
Having worked in the Ministry of Finance for 27-years as auditor in several audit centers and as assistant audit Manager in Commercial Companies Tax Office, Ourania has deep knowledge in consulting all stages of tax audits, concerning especially income tax, corporate tax and VAT cases. Her area of practise is the labor law as well.

She has attended numerous seminars, among which, specialized courses in auditing of Class C Books and Records (held by the Independent Directorate of Human Resources and Organization in collaboration with the Institute of Continuing Education) and model implementation of control systems ELENXIS. Afroditi I. Vasileiou

Afroditi was born in 1977 and she is an attorney at law, member of Athens Bar Association since 2006, licensed to practice before the Supreme Court.

She studied Philosophy in the School of Philosophy of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens having graduated in 1999.

Eleftherios A. Robokos

Eleftherios Robokos was born in Athens in 1994. He joined our firm in 2018 and he is an attorney at law, member of Athens Bar Association since 2023, licensed to practice before the Court of First Instance. Eleftherios studied Law at Democritus University of Thrace and he graduated in 2021, with the exemplary grade 7.5 (“Very Good”). In 2023, Eleftherios was awarded a full scholarship by the Association of trainee Lawyers and junior Lawyers of Athens (E.A.N.D.A.) and he continues his studies with MSc in Business for Lawyers at the ALBA Graduate Business School (ALBA).

He is also a graduate since 2016, of the department of Political Science and Public Administration, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, with the exemplary grade 8.1 (“Very Good”). In 2016, he attended law courses at the University Paris 2 Panthéon – Assas in France.

Chrysanthi D. Geronikou

Chrysanthi Geronikou, born in 1998 in Athens, is a lawyer licensed to practice before the Court of First Instance since 2023. She is a graduate of the Athens Law School and has also attended a training course on “Legal English Terminology” at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

Ioanna Giannakopoulou was born in Athens in 1985 and works at our law firm as an accountant-tax advisor, since 2013. She is registered as an A’ class accountant at the Economic Chamber of Athens and has the license to practice the economic profession.
